Welcome to Pure Health Osteopathy.  It is our aim that your experience in our office is always pleasant, cheerful and that the service we provide is of the highest quality.

OFFICE HOURS

Monday: Closed

Tuesday: 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm

Wednesday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Thursday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Friday: 9 am to 12:30 pm

Saturday: Open every 4th Saturday for appointments from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. No online booking for these appointments. Please call the Clinic on 9457 6401 and check the website posts for the next available Saturday.

Our office hours are sometimes altered to accommodate public holidays and clinician seminar/conference/leave commitments.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS:

Initial consultation, examination and treatment   $130

Re-examination (have not attended for 12 months)  $95

Return treatment   $85

Concession: $70

Concession fees are available for 2 or more members of the same family attending on the same day, and also pensioners, and students attract a discount.

Payment is generally expected on the day.

YOUR APPOINTMENTS:

The frequency and number of treatments required is determined by your clinician based on your individual needs.  We encourage you to attend as recommended so that the best possible results for your health can be achieved.

As part of our Duty of Care to you, if at any time you feel that you wish to discontinue care or are unable to attend, please contact us as we need to document this on the file.  Otherwise, the reception staff may continue to call until this is resolved.

If you need to change your appointments, please give 48 hours notice.  If you miss an appointment without notification, 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.
